`CCA choices
i have so many choices to choose from.
wakeboarding may be out because i have to pay for each time i wanna touch the sea.
but anyway, i signed up for a few trials of different ccas.
lol.
lecture was only 2 hours today. 11am - 1pm on food science and product knowledge.
its interesting in a way, i get to do f&n again but this time it isnt so science based.
we watched a video clip on taboo food. ie. westerners find durians really smelly and disgustingly awful to eat. and in the same way, asians find insects coated in sugar or chocolate gross.
there was a segment on how this certain restuarant gives its delicacy - COBRA SNAKE MEAT. the owner will literally make the snake agitated, and then when its tired, tie a raffia string and hang him while draining its venom and blood. where customers drink the blood. eeew..
it supposedly gives vitality and perfect eyesight to whoever is drinking/eating snake blood and meat.
the way the owner tears the flesh off the skin is gross. yuck! and the snake is actually still alive despite its body slited into half, its heart can still beat.
it was quite a gruesome video but interesting. HAHAHAHA
had lunch at jupiter cafe. fish and chips was good. wanted to play pool but it was full.
so left for home.
each day, i'll write about my lectures/tutorials. it allows me to recap what i've learnt. HAHAHAHA.
