`exhaustive term
i really have no time for myself.
i wake up damn early ( okie lahs. not as early as my other classmates but stil early) to get to school by 7.
so i can take time to change properly and like put my stuff into the locker
today i was relatively early so no one was there to crowd around me and my locker
HAHAHAA.
its a routinue. everyday!
after grooming check, its demo by chef. then my group goes for break - supposedly 1 hr but its 45 mins because we are to be punctual.
then lecture. and then a break again.and cooking.
wah. stress mans.
cooking - like today. was chicken broth and french onion soup. and individual roux.
it is fun to cook all these. but there's a time limit where we have to present and get evaluated.
french onion and chicken broth are partner grades. (pair work)
while roux is individual. everyone did theirs late. i got 6.5/10
yeps.
oh yea. found a apron yesterday that was left on the bench. brought it home since no one claimed it. but still went ahead to buy another one with mum. mum washed it nicely for me.
and then someone asked everyone today whether they saw.
i was thinking whether i shld say yes or no. i mean i did lose mine but it wasnt like absent mindness. someone took it lahs!
so then i decided to be honest and said yes. she's damn grateful to me. but im still sad.
cos today is day 3 already. and by now, you shld know if you have 3 aprons.
BOOO.
tired and shagged.
i have yet to transfer my notes to fulscape.
this is how tired one can be after a full day at school.
lighter note. tmr EXPO :) for a food exhibition.
all free tasting. wine, chicken, anything you name it, sure have.
cos its from hall 1- 5.
its the biggest in asia. those free, go okie!
