`first day of f1

okie, if i have enough energy i'll probably blog each day of this f1 experience in the kitchen as pastry chef. :D

so today met up with my friends for brunch - ate subway melt :)
then went over to the employee entrance outside timberland. then from what we had orientated - the entrance was obstructed by construction. so we wondered like how on earth are we getting in. then we saw another entrance. HAHAHA.
so okie, exchanged ic for meal card. and then went to fashion room a.k.a the changing room. collected our uniform, apron, blue towel, buttons and apron string. hahah. the buttons are like must put in yourself kind. damn funny.
lol.

okie. so we went to find our kitchen. was really confused in the beginning. lucky we saw chef nicole then she brought us down :) so she allocated us tasks to do.
fulin and i was given the job of doing 1500 dried papaya dips in milk chocolate. at first it sounded quite easy and all. we even targeted like by 3 we probably shld be done so we can do other stuff.
ahahaha. fat hope! at 2, we were only done with like 100 plus. 1 tray has 3 layers. 1 row = 15. all in all, 1 tray = 270. so we did and did and did, even until our break which was at 5pm.
YIKES. after that, she still gave us 600 mango dark chocolate. the job was so stagnant that i swopped with my friend. so she did mine, i did hers which was to cut tarts into 16 portions. dunno why so small lahs. HAHAHA.

then, ended work. legs were just so pain. never felt like this before.
so yea. off day tmr. wed resume work.

toddles everyone.
